Sometimes, when your employee leaves your company, you want the system keep assigning requests to this employees (due to delegations as an example), but you obviously want to block such user from logging in.
Now you can set such users as Suspended, which ensures that he/she will no longer be able to log in or use the mobile application. At the same time, the system will however still assign requests.
